Refund and Cancellation Policy :- 

• There are no refunds or cancellations permitted for specific contest.

• If a user contests the judges’ judgement, no refund will be given.

• Amount once paid through the payment gateway shall not be refunded.

• Due to a technological fault, a card or bank account was debited more than once, or an applicant’s account was debited excessively in a single transaction. In such circumstances, the applicant would receive a refund of any excess funds, minus Payment Gateway fees.

• If the client writes an email to thishani@sproutyerakidz.com with the subject line “Refund Request for <Name of Registered User>,” only the instances indicated above will be processed for refunds. The communication needs to make it clear why the refund is being given.

• Only bank transfers may be used to handle refunds, and it is the customer’s responsibility to give the company the right bank account information. Because the Customer provided inaccurate bank account information, the Company shall not be liable for any improper reimbursements.

• Once the necessary refund request has been received, refunds must be processed within 48 hours.
