TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR ALL CHALLENGES

1. Participants must submit their entries before the deadline. Entries received after the deadline specified in the Challenge announcement are ineligible and will be discarded. Sprouty Era will not be held liable for, and will disregard, incomplete or incorrect entries. sproutyerakidz.com is not liable for entries sent to us but not received for any reason.
2. In any circumstances if you failed to submit your entry (ies) on or before the deadline in such case we will not provide any roll over entry for the next month.
3. The Winners will receive exciting prizes or any other prize as determined solely by the Company.
4. The judges’ decision will be complete and final. We will not respond to any communication regarding the criteria used to select the winners for a specific submission. sproutyerakidz.com is under no obligation to reveal any participant’s score in any of its challenges. By registering for our challenges, you expressly agree not to challenge our decisions on winner selection.
5. Sproutyerakidz.com does not guarantee that you or others will have access to all of the content (handwritten or typed) or information (collectively referred to as “work/submission”). You own all intellectual property rights in the stories your child tells. By registering for this challenge, you grant sproutyerakidz.com and its affiliates permission to use, reproduce, edit, display, transmit, alter, publish, and utilise your work/submission in any and all formats, now or in the future, worldwide and for any purpose. Nothing in this section, or any other provision of the Terms and Conditions, shall be interpreted to limit or restrict your rights to use, reproduce, alter, display, or distribute the submission.
6. By submitting your work to sproutyerakidz.com, you represent and warrant that the submission does not violate any third party’s copyright, trademark, property rights, privacy or publicity rights, or any other right, and that you have the full and unrestricted right to transfer the work/submission to sproutyerakidz.com free and clear of any claims or encumbrances.
7. You understand and recognise that sproutyerakidz.com is under no obligation to post, display, or otherwise make publicly accessible any work or submission you provide.
8. You understand and agree that sproutyerakidz.com has the right to make any work or submission you submit publicly accessible. You forfeit all expectation of privacy with regard to the submission when you submit it to sproutyerakidz.com.
9. Evaluations of the work that has been submitted as part of the Challenge are included. The work or submission will be evaluated solely and completely at the discretion of sproutyerakidz.com.
10. All participants must be between the ages of 04 and 15 (both ages included). In the event that it is determined that a participant was under this age limit, sproutyerakidz.com reserves the right to prevent that person from taking part in the Challenge, receiving any certificates or medals, or having his or her work published.
11. Winners are not permitted to ask for a different award. Taxes, fees, and any other expenses that may be incurred are the exclusive responsibility of each winner.
12. When a winner uses a prize, neither Sprouty era nor any of its members or staff are responsible for any warranties, fees, damage, injuries, or other claims sproutyerakidz.com is not responsible for any losses that result from or are related to any Challenges that sproutyerakidz.com promotes.
13. Sprouty Era reserves the right, at its sole and absolute discretion, to substitute a reward of similar or equal value in the event that the mentioned prize is rendered unavailable for any reason.
14. In any jurisdiction where challenges are prohibited by law, they are null and void.
15. Sprouty Era retains the right to revoke any Challenge at any time without warning and to change the deadlines or dates for any Challenge.
16. The Challenge rules are subject to change at any time, in Sprouty Era’s sole discretion.
17. You are ultimately deemed to have consented to be bound by these Challenge rules and terms and conditions as well as by any rules unique to that Challenge by participating in it.
18. As a condition of receiving the prize or award, sproutyerakidz.com retains the right to ask the winner to execute an affidavit of eligibility as a sworn document and provide other proof of eligibility.
